No need for lawsuit yet. As there seems to be concern regarding payments, it would be sufficient if CD baby would present SoundScan records on demand, within a reasonable timeframe (as I think many would demand it).

I'm looking at audiolife and catapult, the 2 of them together would cover just about everything you need and doesn't take to much money. Check them I would like to hear feed back or info about either company. If cdbaby can't recover this is one option to consider.

How long till back under new distributor?
Did CD baby paid all the monies?
When you come up with these answers, we'll all be a lot wiser.
